What to Expect in a Bootcamp Class
Each 45-minute bootcamp includes:
- Dynamic warm-up (5-7 min): Get your body ready and prevent injury
- Main workout (30-35 min): Circuit training, HIIT intervals, or AMRAP format
- Cool-down & stretch (5 min): Recover properly for your next session
Workout formats rotate to keep things fresh: AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), EMOMs (every minute on the minute), interval work, partner challenges, and more. You'll use equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, sleds, rowers, and bikes.
A Typical Week with Bootcamp
Many members combine bootcamp with strength training for optimal results:
