Group Classes That Rock Your World
High-energy, results-driven classes led by passionate instructors who make fitness fun and challenging. At Green Door Fitness, our group classes are designed to push you while keeping you motivated in a supportive, no-ego environment.
Unlike massive gym chains with 30+ people per class, our groups stay small so you actually get coached. Every class has an instructor who knows your name, corrects your form, and pushes you appropriately.

- Perfect for Denver's outdoor rowers and paddlers
